Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ViaVia — a marketplace for real brokers in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. By using the app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
ViaVia helps brokers publish property listings and buyer requirements, discover matches, and request contact through controlled unlock workflows. We are a technology platform, not a party to your transactions, and we do not guarantee any listing, buyer, or deal outcome.
2. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, respect other users, and use contact features only as intended. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, scraping, posting fake inventory, and harvesting phone numbers by bypassing unlock approvals.
3. Listings & requirements
You are responsible for the listings and requirements you publish. Only post inventory and buyer needs you are authorised to market. Keep posts limited to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar as supported by the product.
4. Map locations
You must not deliberately misplace a listing on the map. Misleading map placement is grounds for removal and account action.
5. AI-assisted tools
Autofill from pasted messages is a convenience feature only. You are solely responsible for verifying every field before you publish.
6. Matching & intelligence
Match scores, dashboards, and map demand hints are indicative signals based on platform data. They are not professional advice, valuations, or guarantees.
7. Contact & unlock
Contact sharing runs through unlock requests. If you approve a request, you authorise sharing your phone with that requester for that context.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant ViaVia a limited licence to host, process, display, and moderate that content to operate and protect the marketplace.
9. RERA information
If you enter a RERA ID and choose to show the RERA badge, that badge reflects self-declared information you provided unless we explicitly state otherwise in the product.
10. Reporting & moderation
Users can report listings, requirements, profiles, and app issues. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we believe these terms or our Community guidelines are violated.
11–13. Suspension, liability, governing law
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViaVia's aggregate liability is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is higher. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
